Unless there is an identified threat, we strongly encourage people to stay at Level III-A protection. At this protection level which protects all Handguns up to 9mm Ammunition fired from Pistol, Carbine and Revolver. The minimal weight is added (150 to 250 kg - for BP steel). Thus the vehicle requires few upgrades and suffers only minor performance degradation. It is like having two extra passengers in your car.

PROCESS

The Armoring process begins with the disassembly of a new vehicle (wheels, seats and doors are removed) and interior is stripped to the floor, boards & wiring. Undercarriage, upgrading suspension and brakes etc…is done first, as is the installation of a non-explosive material in fuel tank. Then the actual armor is used into place & welded / fixed together. This ranges from pre-cut section of 2.5mm to 5 mm BP steel, that has hardened to breakup the bullets ranging from 9 mm to 7.62 x 51 mm NATO BALL Ammunition fired from Pistol, Revolver, AK-47 or SLR.

In Level III Protection, 5 mm / 5mm BP steel is used to protect against gravest threat such as AK-47 or SLR. The doors are taken apart. The BP glass 25mm /35mm/40mm/ made of Glass layers bonded together over a polycarbonate core or 200-400 micron transparent film fixed on BP glass that catches glass and bullet fragments. Finally the RUN-FLAT TIRES are added. The result of Run –Flat inserts that allow the car to be driven up to 30-50 km at speed of 80 km/h (Depending upon Road condition) after the tires get shot, which is why we are called RUN-FLAT TIRES. Plus other finishing touches.

In world, no one has come up with invulnerable Armored Car. An Armor Car offered increased Safety. It is not impenetrable vault. There is no such thing as Bullet Proof. What you really buy is Time, Time to React & make Right Decisions. What it comes down to is whether the increased peace of mind is worth the cost.
