Conversion Warranty Information

Parikh Coach Builder warrants this conversion, to the original owner, against defects in
workmanship as follows :

1. Warranty period is for 24 months or 24,000 Kilometers which ever comes first.

2. We will replace or repair any defective part manufactured by us and the component  equipment manufactured by other companies, offered and installed by us such as the Elctrical Board and controls,intercom, Boomrang Antenna, Partition Assembly,Opera.Light base and lens and provide or pay for any labour authorised by us for such work during the entire warranty period.

3. Other accessories such as TV, VCP etc manufactured by other companies, installed by us at  your request  will be replaced or repaired by us at their request.

4. Components furnished by the automobile manufacturer with the base vehicle should be cover by the manufacturers factory warranty in accordance to their policy. Service charges are applicable for this case.

Items and scenarios NOT covered under the Parikh Coach Builders Warranty policy are :

The following items are not covered under the Parikh Coach Builders Warranty policy :

1. Damages due to fallout such as chemicals, certain weather conditions, tree sap, stones etc...or failure to maintain vehicle.

2. Damage of corrosion due to collision, accidents, alterations or  vandalism.

3. Damage due to over loading, racing or towing, loss of time, loss of use vehicle, any economical losses etc.

Base car Manufacturer's warranty :

Warranty claims which pertain to the base car, and not Parikh Coach Builders conversion, may be handled or covered through the dealers representing the base car manufacturer.

Transfer of warranty upon sale of the vehicle :

Conversion warranty is transferable, provided if it is done as per Parikh Coach Builders requirements. A new warranty registration form must be provided to us with all the required details for recording such transfer. A nominal fee will be charged for transfer of ownership and warranty.
